My Story
I began my journey of discovering what it is I want to do for my career during my first job at 17 years old. I was the single employee on a small horse ranch local to my hometown of Raleigh, NC. As the only groundskeeper I was responsible for a multitude of tasks including: pasture mowing, operating heavy machinery, landscaping, painting, drainage system installation, and many more. Holding so much responsibility at a young age helped me see what truly goes into producing high quality work.
After my 2 years on the ranch, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and quickly found my way climbing the ranks in the infantry. My new work ethic and independence in problem solving made adapting to the arduous tasks and requirements feel natural. After 6 years, 3 advanced schools, 3 deployments, and 2 Instructor titles earned in the infantry, I requested to be transferred to Parris Island, SC. Here I spent another 4 years serving as a Marine Training Unit Instructor, where I eventually became the Chief Instructor, earning my second Chief Instructor title of my career. It is in Beaufort where I made the decision to start this business. As I near the end of my time in the Marine Corps I decided my next line of work needs to be something where I personally can control the quality and honesty of my work.
I aim to offer a level of clarity you won't find anywhere else. Through epoxy I have discovered a love for working with you to design a project unique to you, while at the same time leaving my mark on the community with every job. I want you to have confidence in your choice, and the long-lasting satisfaction that you trusted the right company to do the job.
Owner & Lead Installer - Bryce L.
Installer - Justin F.
I have spent the past 8 years of my life sharpening my skills through the rigors of the Marine Corps infantry. Through the course of 2 deployments, 3 years overseas, Advanced Infantry Courses, Advanced Precision Marksmanship School, Jungle Warfare Training, serving as a Marksmanship Instructor, and being a member of the Parris Island Shooting team, I have honed my work ethic and attention to detail. Now, I am taking these hard-earned skills and putting them to work in a new field. Through my work, I have learned the importance of proper preparation, following instructions, using tools and materials correctly, and ensuring that each finished surface meets quality standards. I take pride in working hard, learning new skills, and contributing to successful projects.
I aim to set a new standard for craftsmanship in the epoxy industry where I will develop new skills in surface preparation, epoxy application, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. Working in this industry requires attention to detail, physical endurance, teamwork, and a commitment to completing each project safely and efficiently. I am committed to continuing my professional growth, improving my abilities, and delivering dependable results in every job I do.
